At Nappy Time Portraits, each session time is carefully reserved just for you.
Please review the following information before booking.
General Policy
As each session is reserved exclusively, cancellations are generally not accepted once booked.
If you are facing unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling Due to Child’s Health or Weather
In the case of your child feeling unwell or severe weather conditions,
you may reschedule without any additional fee
as long as you contact us by the day before your session.
The new date must be selected from currently available openings at the time of rescheduling.
*For bookings made under special pricing (such as promotions or event rates), if the rescheduled session falls under regular pricing, the price difference will be charged.
Holding multiple dates at the time of booking is not permitted.
If you have any concerns about your child’s condition, please do not hesitate to reach out early.
If You Wish to Cancel
If you prefer to cancel instead of rescheduling, 50% of the session fee will be refunded.
*The refund applies to the session fee only. Product orders or add-ons may be subject to different terms, which will be explained individually.
